Letter from a Budgie to a Pigeon

I've written a stiff letter - yes I know, shock horror. It's to Caroline Pidgeon (apt name huh) of the London Assembly.

It woz the budgies wot made me do it guv - well that's my story and I am sticking to it.

This will make them sit up and take notice at last!
